After working in the wedding and event industry for over a decade, founders Megan Pollard, Brittany Hagaman, and Christie Yerks have built their careers on making wedding days special for all of their clients. They founded Etc. Coordinators in 2014 because there was a real need in the DC Metro area for a firm that solely focused on day-of coordination for couples that wanted to plan their own events, but didn’t want to manage the event on their special day.
Day-of coordination requires a specific set of skills. Building confidence in both families and vendor teams in a short period of time requires event experience, emotional intelligence, and understanding of how all of the moving parts need to flow together. Our coordinators are here to allow our clients the opportunity to be present and absorb every memory from this joy-filled day!
