Founders Megan Pollard, Brittany Hagaman, and Christie Yerks bring over 13 years of wedding and event experience to the table. Etc. Coordinators was founded in 2014 when the need for an exclusive coordination company became apparent in the DC Metro area.

“We saw that there were a number of couples that wanted to plan their own events, but didn’t want to manage the event on their special day. The lack of day-of coordination firms in our area made it difficult for couples to book a day-of coordinator and check that off the list early on in the planning process. Since this is the sole focus of Etc. Coordinators, we have the flexibility to fill that void for our clients,” states co-founder Megan Pollard.

Day-of coordination requires a specific set of skills. Building confidence in both families and vendor teams in a short period of time requires event experience, emotional intelligence, and understanding of how all of the moving parts need to flow together. Our coordinators are here to allow our clients the opportunity to be present and absorb every memory from this joy-filled day!
