Wedding Day Services Include

• Access to our preferred vendor list
• In-person kickoff meeting to review all event details
• Regular follow-up calls with your Event Coordinator
• Review of all contracts to ensure event needs are met
• Site walkthrough with all pertinent vendors
• Follow up with all vendors by your Event Coordinator
• Creation of the master itinerary and distribution to the vendor team
• Orchestration of the ceremony rehearsal
• Set up and repacking of all personal items and details
• Eight hours of day-of event management by your Event Coordinator & Assistant
• Additional hours of service are available depending on your event needs

Micro Wedding Day services include

What is a micro wedding? A wedding ceremony and reception for 30 guests or less.
