Our Austin Team
Experienced, Leaders, Dedicated, Unique, and Passionate.

Jodi was a founding Lead Coordinator with the DC team, beginning in 2015. She is dedicated to making Etc. a familiar local brand that couples know as an essential part of their wedding day.
Born and raised in the DMV area, she easily blends her East Coast attitude with the Southern hospitality of Texas. Her 15-year career in hotel events and sales has made her an expert working in a multitude of venues. Never hesitant to “get it done”, she is committed to building a bond with her couples and trust with each vendor to make every event a success.
She was lucky to find love after moving to Austin in 2019 and is proud to now call this home. In her free time, she loves traveling with her husband Trent, and is a devoted dog mom to her rescue mutt, Shenzi.
“I’ve always loved the energy around Etc. and I’m thrilled to introduce a new dynamic team to the Austin community.” Yeehaw!

Kim has provided her expertise in special event management and design for over a decade. Her love for planning and organizing coupled with her professionalism, keen eye for detail, and positive energy are the keys to her success.
As a Texas native, Kim has consulted and managed a local modeling & promotional talent agency since 2012, specializing in event coordination, talent management, operations, and logistics. She’s dedicated and passionate about Austin, serving the community and epitomizing the food and beverage industry. Kim is continuously interested in providing a rewarding experience and long-lasting relationships with all of her clients.
Kim has resided in the Austin metro area since 2010 and is officially an Austinite [takes 10 years to gain that title]! Kim holds a BA in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Texas at San Antonio. She enjoys fitness, travel, photography, music, and design and adores her fur baby Miss Piper Laine and her beloved husband, Clint.

Born and raised in the Dallas area, Colleen made the move south to Austin in 2013 and has never looked back. An experienced hospitality professional, she spent several years in some of Austin’s top restaurants as a pastry chef before trading in her spatula to become a nonprofit event coordinator.
Colleen planned her own wedding in 2018 in Dripping Springs, the wedding capital of Texas. She’s passionate about uniting a solid, rockstar team of vendors, and firmly believes that every couple should be able to relax and enjoy their special day (especially the food and desserts!). Ever the thrifty spender, her proudest moment of wedding planning was being able to snag a boutique dress for half price.
At home, you’ll likely find her tending to her many plant babies, or her two rescued fur babies, a pug named Buckley and a Catahoula mix puppy named Saoirse. She also enjoys annoying her husband by watching the latest trash TV binge on Netflix, and is expanding her musical talents by learning to play the banjo.
